Seal Software Makes Big Pharma Hire in Healthcare Push

Leading legal AI company, Seal Software, has added to its recent hire of legal ops expert Julian Tsisin from Google (see story), with now the hire of Dave Pasirstein, a veteran of the pharmaceutical industry with nearly 20 years at Merck, to fill the role of Vice President, Pharma, Life Sciences and Healthcare.

Pasirstein most recently served as the worldwide leader for Horizon 3, a Merck initiative focused on harnessing technologies including AI and blockchain.

His other roles have included director for the digital products and solutions group within the Global Innovation Center at Merck, and director overseeing business and solutions architecture.

The company said that both of the new executives are ‘charged with defining industry solutions, go-to-market strategies and execution in significant vertical segments’.
