Now into its third year, the landmark Legal Innovators California conference is back and taking place on June 4 and 5, in San Francisco this year.
We will once again have a two-day format, with Day One for Law Firms, and Day Two for Inhouse and Legal Ops, with ALSPs fitting into both days.
The agenda-setting legal innovation event, created by Artificial Lawyer and organised by Cosmonauts, will take place in central San Francisco at the beautifully designed CJM on Main Street. And we already have some great sponsors and speakers, such as: Relativity, ClearyX, Tangible, and Fossa. Plus, this year we are going to be hosting a special area for startups, alongside the scaleups, ALSPs, and legal tech giants – more on that soon!
Last year we were bursting at the seams and had a tremendous two-day conference. This year we aim to do the same, at a new venue, and at a time of great change in the legal sector. Will genAI be a theme? You bet, but we’ll be taking a realistic view on it, via multiple topics that relate to different use cases in the law. Will we be focused on ALSPs and new legal business models? You bet! The interest in going beyond the status quo remains just as strong as ever. And will we be hearing from some of the leading experts and thought leaders in legal tech and innovation? Absolutely! Watch this space for regular updates about speakers and more. Plus, there will be all the ground-breaking legal tech companies there that you would expect to see, hear from, and get to meet!
On the point about updates, in case you hadn’t heard, Artificial Lawyer will return to its normal full-time news and views publishing schedule from April, but as mentioned, plenty of updates and think pieces will be published on this site in the lead up to Legal Innovators California before then.
So, if you are a lawyer or legal tech company in California, or are based elsewhere in America, or around the world, and want to explore what’s happening in America’s largest economy and home to more tech (and in particular AI) companies than anywhere else on Earth, then come along on June 4 + 5 to San Francisco.
Also, if you are a legal tech company based in the UK, Europe, or elsewhere, then why not come along to Legal Innovators California, meet some great VCs – after all, the Bay Area has more tech-focused VCs than anywhere else – and then get the kudos of showing off your product at a pioneering innovation event in central San Francisco to leading law firms and innovative inhouse legal teams? Maybe you’ll come away with some fresh funding and some new clients.
That’s all for now, keep a look out for many more updates over the next five months.
