ContractPodAi Unveils Leah Drive – ‘AI Command Centre’ for CLM

CLM pioneer ContractPodAi has announced the general availability of Leah Drive, which it calls an ‘AI command centre’. It will act as a central hub for handling a range of contract-related tasks via genAI.

In effect this is building upon work that the CLM company began some time ago, but it is now organising its multiple AI capabilities into a single hub and spoke system.

Leah Drive’s key features include:

  • ‘Comprehensive Document Analysis: Leah Drive provides dynamic, AI-driven analysis for every document. It classifies, parses, and extracts critical information, creating visual snapshots that highlight essential details such as parties, dates, and clauses. Features like search, filter, and export offer full control over data visibility and usage.
  • Streamlined Insights and Analysis: Users can focus on specific data points for in-depth analysis. It provides a comprehensive view of insights, sources, and summaries directly within documents, enabling actionable insights that simplify decision-making.
  • Ask Leah: Leah Drive features a conversational interface allowing professionals to simply ask questions about topics such as trend analysis, key content, favourability assessments, and actionable clause recommendations. Users can have natural conversations, requesting anything from “find similar indemnification clauses across all vendor contracts” to “summarize the key differences in renewal terms from the last three years.” This intuitive approach transforms complex document searches into natural conversations, enabling legal teams to find precise information on-demand.
  • Connected Legal Suite: Leah Drive works with other Leah applications (like Extract and Discovery) to create a unified legal workspace. Teams can connect all their legal applications in one place for comprehensive legal intelligence, making it easier to find and analyze information and gain control over the data.’

In short, ContractPodA is applying genAI to a wide range of contract-focused ‘skills’. It also comes at a time of renewed competition between the major CLM companies, with genAI catalysing the development of new capabilities and improved offerings to the inhouse legal market.

Atena Reyhani, Chief Product Officer at ContractPodAi, commented: ‘By unlocking insights hidden within complex legal records, Leah Drive empowers organisations to make smarter decisions, optimise operations, and harness the true potential of AI.’
