LexFusion Adds Fides Entity Management To Roster

LexFusion, the outsourced legal tech sales group, has brought Fides, an entity management company, into its stable of clients. In May last year it added LegalBillReview.

Over the years LexFusion has added many well-known companies to its evolving group of companies, which it then represents and approaches potential clients on behalf of, often seeking to provide buyers with a joined up selection of offerings from among their list.

So, to Fides. It is backed by the Sequoia fund, and Fides says it is ‘reshaping traditional legal entity management by integrating built-in legal logic, and state-of-the-art GenAI technology, paired with an intuitive board portal’ to streamline governance processes.

More specifically, ‘by centralizing global corporate data, documents, and decisions and automating complex governance processes, Fides helps organizations maintain compliance, improve collaboration, and reduce administrative burdens’. And the corporate world is certainly not getting any less complex, so a handy tool to have.

Christina Wojcik, Managing Director at LexFusion and former Director of Technology and Innovation for Citibank’s Global Legal Department, said: ‘Adding Fides to LexFusion’s roster is a game-changer for our clients. Fides is poised to redefine what effective entity and board management looks like in the modern legal ecosystem.’

And Lisa Gradow, Founder & CEO at Fides, concluded: ‘By joining forces with LexFusion we’re well-positioned to help legal teams overcome traditional challenges and unlock new levels of efficiency, transparency, and governance excellence.’

Some of the other companies to have joined LexFusion over the years since it launched include: Factor, Laurel, Litera, Priori Legal, Intelliteach, Agiloft, Disco and more.

A rival legal tech sales group, Jameson Legal Tech, also launched some years ago.
