This week’s AL TV Walk Through is about DocJuris’s new Email Agent capability, a free tool that generates instant contract reviews and markups directly within email.
This is an additional feature of DocJuris that is part of a larger suite of AI functionality that the company delivers.
Taking us through the walk through is CEO Henal Patel. There is an initial introduction to the company’s approach, followed by a detailed overview of the Email Agent, and then some Q&A with Artificial Lawyer. To watch inside the page please press Play, or go directly to the AL TV Channel here.
In terms of what the DocJuris Email Agent does, the company explained:
- ‘The tool eliminates the need for additional apps, add-ins, or installations by allowing users to simply forward or attach contracts for analysis. 75% of legal teams operate out of their emails, and only 15% of teams have resources dedicated to playbooks.
- It provides detailed contract screening including summaries, risk assessments, favourability heatmaps, negotiation insights, and drafting reports within minutes.
- The email agent also offers a markup service where users can request edits and receive a fully marked up contract promptly via Word.
- This innovation addresses inefficiencies and frustrations in traditional manual contract reviews, which many legal teams find slow and cumbersome.
- The solution is designed to streamline workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and help legal professionals close deals and mitigate risks faster.
- Data security and privacy are emphasized, with all processed data immediately deleted and not used for further AI training.’
Also, in terms of privacy and data security the company added that data is deleted once processed and is not used to train Al models.
How to Use It:
