Chamelio, a legal intelligence platform focused on inhouse teams, has launched Flows, a new AI-powered workflow engine that ‘reimagines how legal work moves across organisations’.
As the company explained, the agentic system ‘connects requests, approvals, and documents into one intelligent process, allowing legal departments to automate intake, streamline collaboration, and maintain full visibility over every task’.
AL asked Alex Zilberman, CEO and Co-Founder of Chamelio, some more about this new capability.
– Why is this a big deal?
‘It gives legal teams full control over their own workflows without relying on the vendor. They can now integrate contracts, policies, and other legal data directly into automated processes that were manual until now. This also lets them log every question, contract request, and review — empowering the entire legal function with AI.

– How far does this take the product on compared to before?
This release expands Chamelio from a smart repository and contract negotiation suite into a full Legal Intelligence Platform — covering everything from intake to post-signature obligation tracking and everything in between. Legal teams can now connect, automate, and manage their entire workflow in one system they configure themselves.
– And, is this the same as the agents other legal tech companies use?
This allows legal teams to build their own agents that, unlike others, combine the power of AI and existing organizational data to answer questions and perform complex operations while remaining fully deterministic in process. They can incorporate predictable steps such as approvals, conditions, data collection, and signature, all within one controlled workflow.’

The company added that the agentic system allows legal teams to ‘design and run smart processes’ and integrates directly with email, CRMs, procurement platforms, HR systems, File Storage Systems, eSignature, Slack, and Teams.
And here’s a summary of what it can do:
- ‘Automate Contract & Request Intake – Capture and triage all incoming requests from any channel with AI-based routing.
 - Power Legal Decisions with AI Agents – Use intelligent agents to analyze, draft, and apply playbooks automatically.
 - Connect with Every Business System – Trigger workflows and updates across enterprise tools for seamless collaboration.
 - Centralize and Track All Work – Gain real-time visibility into priorities, workloads, and progress across teams.’

Gil Banyas, COO and Co-Founder of Chamelio, concluded: ‘With Flows, legal teams can finally manage all their work in one place, from contract intake to compliance approvals. It brings true intelligence and adaptability to how legal work gets done.’
