Australia’s LawTech Hub Incubator Calls For Applications

Lander & Rogers’ LawTech Hub has become one of the key legal tech incubators in the world, alongside those such as Fuse. It is now calling for applicants for its 2026 cohort.

They are looking for ‘AI-driven and general legal technology startups and scaleups from Australia and around the world’. Applications close on 1 April, with the program commencing on 14 May 2026.

And as said many times by this site, incubators are a win-win for the startups, the law firm hosting them, and the law firm’s clients. In this case the 2026 LawTech Hub program will run for six months and offer:

  • ‘An equity-free model designed to support founders at all stages of growth
  • Direct collaboration with Lander & Rogers’ lawyers, technologists, and innovation team
  • Structured testing, feedback, and user experience deep dives
  • Access to funding networks, industry mentors, and global partners
  • Masterclasses on pricing, scaling, cybersecurity, branding, financial modelling, and more
  • An end-of-program showcase at the internationally recognised Legal Tech Pitch Night.’

Cohort participants also join an alumni network of more than 30 startups, of which over 90% are still trading, including solutions such as: Mary Technology, DDLoop, Syncly, DraftWise, eBrief Ready, Nexl, and Josef. And no doubt you will recognise several of those names.

As Isaac Wong, at Mobius by TILT Legal, commented in terms of the benefits of taking part: ‘The feedback allowed us to stress test our business plan, harden our USP, and ground our product on real-life use cases.’

And that’s a very neat way of explaining the benefits of any good incubator.

The 2026 LawTech Hub will continue to run alongside Lander & Rogers’ AI Lab, AI Clinics in partnership with leading Australian universities, and the firm’s broader innovation ecosystem, the firm added.

Daniel Proietto, chief executive partner at Lander & Rogers, commented: ‘Each year we have a very high calibre of startups, while the opportunity to build real, scalable change in legal practice continues to expand. We look forward to welcoming the next generation of innovators.’

Courtney Blackman, director of the LawTech Hub, added: ‘The legal industry continues to undergo major change driven by emerging technologies and who better to guide the profession through that transformation than the startups and scaleups on the front line, leading the shift, and reshaping how legal services are delivered?

‘The LawTech Hub has become a proving ground for founders building future solutions and needing deep industry access to do it. We’re already receiving applications from around the world, and I’m excited to see who joins us for 2026.’

More information and how to apply – see here. As noted, the deadline is 1 April.

Good luck!
