BRYTER Offers Vibe Coding, Returns to Its Roots

Bryter came to market as a no-code platform, helping lawyers to build workflows for specific tasks. Then genAI came along and that changed everything. Now, they’ve returned to their roots by embracing vibe coding. (See AL Interview below with Michael Grupp, CEO.)

So, how does vibe coding apply here? Here’s how it will work:

  • ‘Conversational building removes much of that friction.
  • No technical modeling — describe instead of configure
  • Rapid prototyping — turn ideas into working applications in minutes
  • Instant iteration — adjust logic in real time
  • Less dependency on specialized builders or IT
  • More room to experiment with new use cases
  • Legal engineers, in particular, benefit.’

They added that this approach also makes it easier for teams to ‘test ideas, demonstrate results quickly, and refine solutions based on feedback’. In short: faster builds, less effort, more output.

And here’s a quick video demo:

BRYTER video, Feb 2026.

AL asked Michael Grupp, CEO of Bryter, some more about this.

Why do this?

Creating a first version of a workflow or app through chat is much faster and easier than manually ‘building’ it. That makes it more comfortable.

Why now?

Vibe coding is having its moment in legal and many customers have asked about it. After the first hypey moments it became clear that vibe coding still needs some guardrails, a secure environment and ability to – for example – deliver modules to people (clients) outside of the organisation. We saw we could offer this. We built a first version in 2025, tested it with customers, and feedback was enthusiastic. So we have built this general release version now.

What impact will it have?

Vibe coding lowers barriers. That means that more people can build, not just legal engineers, but also less technical users.

And second, there are more use cases that become feasible. We see people doing more rapid-prototyping and overall, the building intensity increases. Now add AI-nodes and agentic capabilities and people are creating really powerful solutions.

History repeats itself!
