Legora is seeking to secure its ‘centrality’ within a lawyer’s working life via the strategy of building a large-scale integration ecosystem, (see list below). In turn, the collection of more than 30 companies can connect to Legora’s agentic capability, which draws data and external work product into the legal AI platform’s workstreams.
So, why do this? As Artificial Lawyer has explored before, there is a ‘battle for centrality’ going on, which is only increasing in intensity as the big AI players, from OpenAI to Google, try to take lawyers’ attention away from legal tech incumbents and focus it on their own new legal vertical offerings.

That is to say, there is a very real and commercially vital race to win the workspace, the context, the digital environment, where lawyers spend most of their time. And the winners here will have an advantage that could continue for many years to come. Those that can’t win this battle, or prefer not to enter the fray, will be pushed to – or remain on – the edge of that workspace and become a connection into someone else’s ‘centralized’ environment.
Why This Matters
If you have an AI platform and your customers are slowly migrating away to other places to do their work, then that’s not great for future growth. The counter to this is to make your platform the ‘centre of attention’ – in both meanings of the phrase. One way to do this is to bring everyone with a useful legal tech tool, or productivity application, or data collection, into your context, so your customers stay where they are and work from there. And as noted, the giant AI players are not making this any easier.

Or as Legora explained, this is about connecting with ‘the systems where legal teams already keep their documents, enforce their ethical walls, run their deals and manage their contracts, so work can be completed from start to finish rather than one task at a time’.
Plus, there is also a very practical aspect to this as well, which they call ‘closing the gaps’.
‘Applying AI to work held in those systems has too often meant downloading files from one platform and uploading them into another, outside the permissions that govern them, and stitching together multiple discrete tasks across platforms. Legora’s integration ecosystem is built to close those gaps and help customers get more from the legal technology they have already invested in,’ they said.
And here’s a list of the companies joining up to the Legora ecosystem:
The ecosystem spans nine categories:
- Document and content management: iManage, NetDocuments, Microsoft SharePoint, Box and Google Drive. Lawyers can browse, search and work with matter documents in Legora and save new versions back without downloading or re-uploading, while the original platform remains the system of record.
- Knowledge and enterprise search: DeepJudge, along with Model Context Protocol (MCP) connections to iManage and NetDocuments. The Legora Agent surfaces relevant precedent and prior work from across an organization’s institutional knowledge, so lawyers can describe what they need rather than hunt for it.
- Virtual data rooms: Datasite, SS&C Intralinks, and DiliTrust. Deal teams can review anything from a single contract to an entire data room in Legora, extract insight at scale in Legora’s Tabular Review or generate closing checklists in Legora Lists, with data-room permissions carried through automatically.
- eDiscovery: Everlaw. Litigators can bring evidence surfaced in discovery directly into research and drafting, grounding their work product in the factual record.
- Ethical walls and information governance: Intapp Walls for AI and iManage Security Policy Manager. The ethical walls and confidentiality restrictions a firm already enforces determine what content Legora can retrieve, including every step the Legora Agent takes.
- Time and billing: Intapp Time and Laurel. Work done in Legora can flow into time capture and billing, giving lawyers more accurate time entries with less administrative effort. Data also flows back into Legora, showing firms how much time lawyers spend in Legora, what they use it for, and the value the firm is realizing.
- Contract management and eSignature: Docusign, Ironclad, Sirion, Agiloft, Conga, and DiliTrust. In-house teams can bring executed contracts, templates and playbook positions from their contract repository into their work in Legora, then send finalized agreements for signature in one connected flow.
- Productivity and business applications: Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Salesforce and LawVu. Legora connects to the inbox, calendar, documents, team chat, CRM and matter management, so work can start wherever a request arrives and stay tied to the conversations around it.
- Document automation: Avvoka and Document Drafter. Lawyers can generate first drafts of the documents they produce most often from their firm’s approved templates and guided questionnaires, without leaving Legora or departing from the firm’s drafting standards.

Commenting on the strategy, Bryan Tsao, Chief Product Officer at Legora, said: ‘Every trip to another system eats into the time AI saves. Our customers have spent years building the knowledge and controls inside their systems, and the integration ecosystem puts all of it to work in Legora. It’s the foundation for AI that completes legal work end to end.’
