Legal Innovators California will take place in San Francisco on June 9, and we already have a growing number of great speakers – with more to come. We are also offering 10 free tickets on a first-come, first-served basis.
All you have to do to claim your free ticket to the all-day event is use the special offer code: Cali100 – using the tickets site here.
Note: this special offer is for lawyers, technologists and all other professionals in the legal services sector working at law firms and other providers, or inhouse at corporates.
So, the next question you’re probably asking is: what will the event be all about? The goal, as with our other Legal Innovators events – created by Artificial Lawyer and organised by Cosmonauts – is to bridge the gap between the key parts of the legal ecosystem: from technology, to new business models, to inhouse and legal ops, to considering the wider innovation work inside law firms, to the broader infrastructure issues of education and technology funding.
We are taking this approach because innovation doesn’t take place in a vacuum, it sparks off different inputs and influences, and when people from multiple sectors of an ecosystem come together then the outputs are greater than the sum of those parts.
For example, some of the great speakers we have so far include:
- Dr Dan Katz – VP, Data Science & Innovation, Elevate
- Alice Armitage – Chief Executive Professor, LexLab @ UC Hastings
- David Wang, Head of Innovation, Wilson Sonsini
- Vedika Mehera – Innovation Advisor, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe
- Ned Gannon – President, eBrevia.
As mentioned, the speaker list is still taking shape and we plan to bring you more experts in the weeks leading up to June 9.
And, naturally there is already a great group of legal tech and law company exhibitors to meet and learn from, plus the opportunity to network during the several breaks across the day.
All in all, it will be a fantastic opportunity to learn, share and network, at a niche-size event in one of the key centres for innovation in the world, all designed to allow maximum connectivity with leading figures from across the industry’s many segments.
