Welcome to this week’s wrap. First, some important news. If you’re coming to Legal Week in New York – due to demand we have expanded our Legal Innovators breakfast on Tuesday, March 10. So, if you’d like to meet up with Artificial Lawyer and the Cosmonauts team, at the very cool Altair restaurant, there is now more room.
If you’d like to learn more about the upcoming Legal Innovators conferences in London, New York, Paris and California, (see below) and meet with Artificial Lawyer’s founder, Richard Tromans, then RSVP here.
It starts at around 7.30AM and runs until 9.30AM, although AL might hang around until a bit later.
And what is this all about? Well, it’s all about the now four Legal Innovators conferences, in the US, UK and Europe, which are:
June 2026
Legal Innovators California – June 10 and 11 in San Francisco
Legal Innovators Europe – June 24 and 25 in Paris, France
November 2026
Legal Innovators New York – Nov 19 and 20 – New York
Legal Innovators UK – Nov 4 and 5 – London
And here’s a quick note about the conferences: as always for each of them there will be two days: law firm day, and inhouse day, allowing key perspectives from both sides of the market. We will be having leading speakers from across the ecosystem, along with the top legal tech companies in the world taking part.
See you for breakfast in New York and at the Legal Innovators conferences later this year in June and November.

Join us Tuesday, 10 March 2026, 15:30 – 16:30 – Room 409
The Moneyball Moment for Contracts: Data-Driven Negotiation with AI
‘Lawyers are already sick of ‘AI slop’: thoughtless, unsubstantiated language and redlines generated by AI. AI trained on legal documents was supposed to improve this, but it didn’t work. Luckily, there’s an answer emerging: market-grounded contract review. AI is making market data more transparent than ever, and by using a new technique called ‘market grounding’, we can generate redline suggestions backed by statistical data that you can cite and inspect.‘

Scott Stevenson, CEO & CoFounder – Spellbook

And finally, some headlines that you may have missed given how very newsy it’s been this week.
- Pramata has launched TrueCheck, which provides ‘complete transparency into the platform’s AI-driven contract data extraction capabilities’. By implementing a three-prong validation process that includes a ‘human in the loop’ component, Pramata’s proprietary AI TrueCheck eliminates the ‘black box’ approach of many AI Contract Intelligence tools.
- Sirion has appointed Pat McBrearty as Executive Vice President, Global Head of Alliances, reinforcing its commitment to scaling AI-native, agentic Contract Lifecycle Management globally.
- Spellbook has announced a two-year exclusive partnership with the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) – the company’s largest-ever partnership and a formal endorsement of AI-powered legal work for CBA’s 40K+ members.
- Stella Legal is launching a dedicated M&A Advisory Division designed to replace manual playbooks with AI-powered execution.
- Epiq has expanded its Epiq AI, a set of agentic solutions that enhance decision-making, reduce risk, and increase productivity across legal and compliance use cases.
- AllRize has launched a new Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) module, designed to help firms protect client confidentiality, govern AI usage, and demonstrate compliance with confidence.
- Monjur, a contract intelligence company, has launched Monjur Pilot, an AI-powered, attorney-supervised contracting platform built exclusively for MSPs. Designed for non-legal professionals, Monjur Pilot functions as a 24/7 legal assistant, ‘helping MSPs confidently answer contract questions, automate redlining, and manage negotiations without slowing deals or increasing risk’, they said.
- NetDocuments has launched Smart Answers and expanded direct connectivity to leading AI models and tools.
- Reveal has announced the immediate availability of its ASK generative AI within Logikcull, native integration with Onna for collaboration data collection such as Slack, Teams and Zoom, and European cloud hosting for data sovereignty.
- Ellis, an AI-powered immigration law firm built for high-growth companies, has launched a platform that automates and streamlines US visa applications, with attorney oversight and a human in the loop.

Last word, as AL will be zooming from one meeting to the next, and also to a flurry of breakfasts, lunches, dinners and more, it’s going to be quite tricky to keep the usual news machine operating at full speed at the same time, so, I’ll try and put out some things, but probably won’t cover much while I am there. But, then it’s back to usual when returned to London.
Have a nice weekend, and if you’ll be in NY, see you there!
Richard Tromans, Founder, Artificial Lawyer, and Chair of Legal Innovators conferences.
P.S. one last item: Relativity included me in this year’s AI Visionaries group, thank you very much to them. Looking forward to the dinner on Monday evening.
