Breaking News: vLex today has announced the acquisition of Justis Publishing, the UK-based online legal publisher with clients in over 40 countries. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Justis, headquartered in London, will become part of vLex.
The combination of Justis’ comprehensive and high-quality case law collection and their common law specific dissemination technology with vLex’s AI-powered tools and services, such as Vincent and Iceberg AI, ‘will introduce contextual research and access to global legal resources to the UK and other key markets covered by Justis’ the company said.
And the addition of Justis clients and relationships in North America bolsters vLex presence in important U.S. & Canadian markets where the Company currently has local teams, a growing customer base and a rapidly expanding presence as a leader in legal AI, they added.
